Anyone listening to the podcasts? I'd love your feedback. And I'd also like to know who's been reading my blogs, since my counter says there's a growing, good number of ya'll out there. Care to leave a comment?
OK – obviously I've been busy podcasting away. The third entry I've recorded is pretty utilitarian and simple – a guide to taking the bus in Seoul. I've been real gung ho about recording this new one for ya'll – news you can use – which includes a quick guide to buses from the Incheon International Airport during the final three minutes, for those of you who might be coming in from overseas. Anyway, it's something to keep in your 'pod for when you might need that info later. Find out all about the meanings of bus colors, how to read the numbers (yes, they DO mean something!), and other minutiae related to those scary machines that often seem foreigner-unfriendly.
I will be writing and photographing away again – I just have to figure out how to carry both my audio and photographic equipment around in a single bag without breaking my back. Argh.
You might also notice that I don't have a link yet to allow you to click and get thrown directly into the subscriptions area of iTunes and actually subscribed to this podcast such that you'll be automatically updated whenever you dock your iPod. Well, apparently, Apple can take more than a week to approve a submitted podcast, time they certainly seem to taking with me. So please be patient, for those of you who are iPod-savvy and can't stand this piecemeal downloading. Sorrrry!
I also apologize for the noisy bus noises at time. I am really working hard to tame some out-of-control wild sounds – and trust me – considering how loud my seat on the bus was, I gotta say that I did a good job keeping my voice pretty legible. In any case, if you don't know how to navigate the buses, you will find this piece useful.
