Whew! It's been a long time coming, I know. But here it is!
It was hard to get this together, but was so worth it and definitely something we'll be doing again. It's an audio commentary!
You know, like the ones you get on the special edition DVD versions of your favorite flicks, with the director talking about the film and other stuff over an alternative audio track while the film runs.
Well, we did the same thing, except through a podcast. So what you do is sync things up at the beginning (you can hear the audio at a low level throughout the podcast) and listen my friends Darcy the Korean Film Expert, Albert the Snotty Film Student, Grace the Quasi-Grad Student Who Watches a Lot of DVD's, and myself as we do a DVD-style audio commentary while watching The Host. Just sync up this podcast to the movie at the theater, or later, the DVD. I apologize for the long runtime and larger filesize, but if you listen to the commentary, I think you'll have some fun.
Good reason to go out and watch The Host again, right? Add to the hype. Come on – I know you want to.
Bonus Question – what movies do the intro and outro tracks for this commentary come from? It's gonna bother ya! I ain't telling...
Running Time: 2:04:36
File Size: 49.9 MB
File Info: 112 kbps (technically 56 kpbs stereo) at 22 kHz, MPEG-2, layer 3 (MP3)
