I haven't been putting up many pictures these days, because I'm not happy with my lens length, which is effectively 32mm, since my switch to digital. The effective lens magnification of the 20mm lens is by a factor of 1.6. It may not sound like a big deal, but when you shoot with a 20mm for four years and then it effectively becomes a 32mm – it takes some getting used to. And I don't have a couple thousand extra right now to buy an EOS 5D.
Anyway, I came up with something that struck the right mood, even though I'm not happy with the exposure and a lot of other things I won't talk about here. Shot at the equivalent of 1600 in the evening last week, this shot captures the early winter feel of Myeongdong on the night of a brief and cold shower.
